The Hotville journey began when 2 sets of brothers set upon their vision to revolutionise the Fried Chicken Fast Food sector. After months of trying different variations of fried chicken, they simply loved the Nashville Fried Chicken from Tennessee. Days and nights were spent meticulously perfecting the recipe. Unique heat levels which transformed flavours were created to cater for all tastebuds. A diverse and captivating menu was created using a range of tasty spices and secret methods of preparation – and in early 2021 – Hotville was born!

Their first store on Uppingham Road in Leicester brought foodies in their droves. They absolutely loved the explosion of taste! A community was revived in the area through their love of quality, fresh and flavoursome Fried Chicken.

The journey continues with the opening of the second location on Granby Street, Leicester City Centre; and Oadby Parade opening in the near future. Fried Chicken Lovers from Birmingham, Nottingham and Coventry will no longer have to travel to Leicester to enjoy the best-fried chicken.
